Simply contact our sales department via the B2B form or by phone. After verification and setting the terms of cooperation, integration is possible via Base Connect or in an individual mode, which allows you to place your first orders.
For pallet orders, we set an MOQ corresponding to a full pallet space. The larger the total order, the better the optimization of delivery costs. In the dropshipping model, we do not set a logistic minimum.
We apply a transparent pricing policy. We offer wholesale prices depending on the size and frequency of orders. For large volume and serial production orders, we provide the possibility of negotiating individual pricing terms.
Complaints are accepted by email or via the client panel. Just send a description of the issue along with documentation (e.g. photos). Complaints are considered based on the submitted materials, and in most cases, a decision can be obtained the same day.
The first three orders are prepaid before shipment. Subsequent orders are processed based on invoices issued once a week with a 7-day payment term. We are also open to individual arrangements regarding payment conditions.
Orders are usually processed within 2–6 business days. For larger orders or non-standard products, the lead time is determined individually.
